40 people, 10 teams, 1 day – learn programming and do something good at the same time! That is the goal of the COOK and CODE Hackathon on January 23rd at the Mantro.net GmbH.
Facts:
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and JS would be nice but is not a must!
Own laptop required
Registration via Eventbrite or by email to news@cookandcode.org
Three to four social projects that have a specific problem with their website and need help present themselves. Participants then choose a social project they would like to support at the hackathon.
More specifically: For example, an association would like to offer a protected area for its members so that not all information is always made public. The hackathon participants are trying to find a solution for this. Let your imagination run wild! Use the internet as a playground for your ideas. Together with a mentor, you and your team will implement web applications using JavaScript. Passionate hackers will answer all your questions. Learn programming in a fun way and meet new people. Let's go – code it yourself!
