Silicon Drinkabout
Silicon Drinkabout is a global non-profit event series (30+ cities pre pandemic).
It's free and takes place (almost) every Friday. No talks, no BS, just a casual networking event that connects likeminded people such as startup and tech enthusiasts, entrepreneurs, investors and a bunch of other related groups of people.
Usually we are hosted by a different startup or company every single time, so you can get some behind the scenes impressions at their office and talk to the founders or some other awesome team members. We made over 200 events in Munich since 2015. We were hosted by many well-known companies and cool startups. For example: Celonis, Stylight, Freeletics, Google, Salesforce, Wework, Mindspace and more. Our work has helped a lot of people with their business challenges. It has led to many jobs, collaborations and last but not least to tons of new friendships and a hell lot of fun!
