Ten years ago, the international Open Data Day was launched with the goal of raising awareness of open data, its benefits, and potential, and jointly developing solutions for society. People from diverse professional backgrounds come together to exchange ideas and implement concrete ideas based on open data. Munich's community of hackers, networkers, and lateral thinkers also aims to learn from each other.
In 2020, we invite you to the sixth Open Data Hackathon of the IT Department of the State Capital of Munich at WERK 1.
To mark our anniversary, we've come up with a special program under the motto "Practice the Theory" and invited exciting partners. Now all we need is you!
A mix of practical and theoretical content awaits you over two days. As an introduction to the topic of "data," a networking evening will take place on March 6th, hosted by and with this year's partner, Google. We'll provide an opportunity for networking in a relaxed atmosphere with drinks and snacks.
