We are very pleased to invite you to our free workshop “Simulation of a Negotiation with an Investor”.
During the workshop, we will simulate the essential steps and considerations in an upcoming negotiation of a term sheet and investment agreement with an investor using a case study in a small group of participants. You will be coached by us in break-out rooms before the negotiations. During the negotiations, at least one representative of a VC investor will act as a negotiating partner to ensure a realistic atmosphere.
