Online: ONE MISSION meets… Katrin Habenschaden

How diverse is Munich? How do you achieve a female quota of 501,448 people? And what's the deal with the "Kartoffelkombinat" (potato combine)?
We would like to explore these questions with none other than the 2nd Mayor of the state capital Munich!

We are very much looking forward to Katrin Habenschaden, who is not only the 2nd Mayor of the City of Munich, but also a founding member of the so-called Kartoffelkombinat and a member of Working Moms eV

We talk to her about the city's efforts to promote diversity, including its plans for accessibility in public transportation, inclusion and integration work in schools, and a 50% quota for women in leadership positions in the city administration.
What role do care work, home schooling or the gender pay gap play?
And why is diversity actually important?

Stay tuned and come along to ask your questions and find out what the city is planning in terms of diversity and what companies can learn from it.

Here you can find more information about the event.
