Female Entrepreneurship: How can we close the female entrepreneurship gap?
Currently, only around 18 percent of all founders in Germany are women (source: Female Founders Monitor 2021). This means that a lot of potential remains untapped – including at universities. Do women start businesses differently? How can we reach more potential female founders? How can we make them more successful? And what contribution can education make to closing the female founder gap?
We want to discuss this together at the HOCHSPRUNG conference on "Female Entrepreneurship" on July 12, 2022. You can expect exciting input from the scientific community and practical workshops.
