The world of work after Corona
In a digitally connected world, five generations are working hand in hand to find prognoses, stability, and meaning. This new complexity demands new spaces, new communication, new collaboration, new (self-)leadership, and new goals. The new work culture makes purpose the central anchor of every organization. But how does working with purpose really work? This "most interactive conference" is dedicated to this question.
The online program from November 16 to 19 consists of 50+ sessions, including lectures, workshops, and discussions, where you'll learn about the trends shaping the new world of work. In live interviews, we'll talk to selected movers and shakers about what a sustainable economy needs and how things can move forward.
On November 20, as part of the Purpose Conference, we will bring together the results and new ideas in a kind of open space. In the spirit of collective intelligence, we have prepared a hands-on workshop alongside presentations from inspiring pioneers in the purpose economy.
Well-known founders such as Zarah Zarah Bruhn from Social Bee, Birgit Ströbel (co-founder of Design Offices) or Kuchentratsch founder Katharina Mayer will discuss with the participants how we will work after Corona.
