Under the motto “Digital City – Ideas, Projects, Apps,” city administration employees, representatives of other authorities, entrepreneurs, and startups are meeting with Munich citizens for the second time.
The discussion will focus on how to shape the future of the City of Munich's digital offerings. It will also explore how we can use digital media to improve living conditions and the quality of life in our city.
Administration meets citizens meets digitalization
Communication, leisure, culture, work, learning, life – our world is hard to imagine without digital media. Digitalization doesn't just mean passive consumption. Rather, it enables collaborative development processes and co-production, as well as participation and transparency.
No one can escape these developments. The question is how citizens and the city administration can jointly utilize the advantages of the digital world for Munich.

A BarCamp is an open conference with open workshops and thrives on the active participation of all participants. Through the exchange of experience and knowledge, new ideas can emerge and projects can be launched together.
