These and other questions will be addressed at the symposium on entrepreneurship development at universities in Bavaria. The HOCHSPRUNG conference partner is the auditing and consulting firm Ernst & Young.
The multifaceted aspects of diversity will be explored in keynote speeches from various academic perspectives with practical relevance in the morning. In the afternoon, we will work with participants to develop new approaches, suitable tools, and measures to unlock the potential of diversity in interactive workshops, a knowledge café, and practical testing using the Diversity Game.
In accordance with the event’s guiding principle of “inspire – exchange – move”, the results can then be further developed and put into practice.
