No fear of mistakes – error culture in modern society
Does our modern society need a new culture of error? What does this mean for the individual? Where does an open culture of error begin? And how can one be created in companies, startups, and organizations?
The HOCHSPRUNG Conference 2016 will address these and other questions. Keynote speeches will explore the complex aspects of error culture from various academic perspectives. In interactive workshops and a knowledge café, we will work with participants to develop new approaches, suitable tools, and measures for creating a new error culture. In keeping with the event's guiding principle of "inspire – exchange – move," the results can then be further developed and implemented in practice.
HOCHSPRUNG – The Bavaria-wide network for start-up consultants
HOCHSPRUNG, the university program for business start-ups, was launched in 2000 as part of the High-Tech Offensive Bavaria and is an initiative of the Bavarian State Ministry of Education and Culture, Science and the Arts. The project is managed by the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich.
The program was initially aimed at students, academics, and graduates interested in the possibilities of starting a business. In the early years, Bavaria-wide initiatives emerged, such as the 5-Euro Business Competition, the HOCHSPRUNG Media Award, and the Bavarian University Entrepreneurs' Day conference.
HOCHSPRUNG has now established itself as a Bavaria-wide network of start-up consultants and entrepreneurship lecturers from all universities.
