DESCRIPTION:For the 2nd time Allianz will host a day dedicated to social impact. On July 19th\, you will be joined by inspiring speakers\, impact investors\, foundations\, social businesses and entities for exciting discussions. This year\, we look forward to inspiring input around social impact by the following speakers: Katharina Wagner (Senior Associate McKinsey)\, Christian Vanizette (Founder of MakeSense)\, Rosalind Willi (Research & Learning Advisor at SOS Children´s Villages)\, Carla Scheidegger (Co-Founder of Carlotas)\, Joscha Lautner (Co-Founder Impact Hub Munich). \nAs a highlight\, the Allianz Future Generations Award will be handed out to one of the eight participating ventures from the Investment Ready Program\, an international accelerator program for social businesses by Allianz and Impact Hub. System change is triggered by social entrepreneurs that are disturbed by key societal issues and are brave enough to lead change in their fields. Over the past months\, Allianz and Impact Hub accompanied eight social ventures from Germany\, Greece\, Indonesia on their path to investment readiness. As their journey reaches to a new port\, they will pitch their stories in the race for the Allianz Future Generations Award (40\,000EUR). \n#ExploreSocialImpact Day is expected to welcome around 150 internal and external stakeholders of Allianz at their HQ; accompanied with a day-long webcast via the Allianz Youtube channel. \nThe event will be held in English\, at Allianz HQ (Königinstraße 28\, 80802 Munich). \nA detailed agenda as well as a free ticket can be found on Eventbrite. \n
