Digital leadership has a good chance of becoming the buzzword of the year. The term encompasses everything people in companies do to drive digitalization. This includes process optimization and automation, but above all, it addresses the question: "How do we want to work?"
Four experts will discuss viable ways to address digital change on the panel. The panel will discuss:

The panel discussion will be moderated by Maren Martschenko, brand consultant and first chairwoman of Digital Media Women eV. The theme evening, part of the series "#nahdran am digitalen Wandel" (#nahdran on Digital Transformation), is organized by the Munich headquarters of Digital Media Women eV. Digital Media Women (#DMW) is a network of female changemakers. They work voluntarily to increase the visibility of women on all stages—whether at conferences, trade media, or on management boards. The association supports and connects women who are driving digital transformation.
