Business Practice China – Successful eCommerce in the B2C Market

China is a world leader in online retail. Cross-border e-commerce is strongly promoted by the Chinese government, offering SMEs excellent opportunities to enter the huge consumer market.

Due to the current legal changes (1) in online trading, the China Chamber of Commerce you about all the important innovations.
Another major topic of the event is sales through various distribution channels. Is it sufficient to have your own online shop in English to be found by Chinese consumers, or should you try to sell through Chinese eCommerce platforms? Do selected smaller Do you use these platforms, or does it make sense to be listed on the major Chinese sites? What are the communication channels with customers like? These topics will be discussed at our event using practical examples.

They should provide a link to the online dispute resolution platform, and starting February 1, 2017, they should inform the contractual partner about their willingness to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
