Objective
Participants will be prepared for the efficient implementation or support of projects under uncertain and dynamic conditions. They will learn
to use the spirit, flexibility and speed of entrepreneurial processes for their own innovation projects.
Approach
This interactive training introduces the principles of business design and allows participants to experiment with and apply the methods, tools, and templates—e.g., customer journeys and personas, business model canvas, and hypothesis canvas. Participants are coached in small groups, guided through exercises, and receive feedback on presentations. The transfer of the workshop to a professional context is supported through reflection and discussion.
