The Female Future Festival Munich will take place on April 18, 2024, in Munich's Werksviertel Mitte district and supports women on their career paths. The motto of the female empowerment event: "BEcome a Leader."
This year's panelists include Tina Müller (CEO of Weleda AG/formerly Douglas) and Kati Ernst (co-founder and co-CEO of Ooia). Other speakers include Gabriele Fischer (founder and editor-in-chief of BrandEins), Miriam Rabung (CPO of Westwing), Nina Pütz (CEO of Ratepay), and Michelin-starred chef Julia Komp.
Not only on the main stage, but also off the main stage, visitors have the chance to experience an inspiring program. New additions include 5-minute keynotes, a generational talk, and many smaller, new formats so everyone can gain maximum input and grow beyond their comfort zone outside of the festival. The Leaders Stage, a networking area, and the after-party have proven their worth and are an integral part of the Female Future Festival.
