Zavvy acquired by HR platform Deel

The HR platform Deel announces the acquisition of the Munich-based e-learning startup Zavvy. Zavvy's HR development software will complement Deel's payroll and HR solutions.

With Zavvy, Mehmet Yilmaz and Joshua Cornelius have been offering companies a central hub for career development, performance management, and training programs since 2021. Using integrated AI technology, the software provides managers with suggestions for evaluating team performance and helps companies create personalized career development plans. Through the acquisition, all of the software's features will now be integrated into the new Deel Engage product portfolio. Furthermore, all Zavvy team members will join Deel.
