The “Space for International Development & Humanitarian Aid” Hackathon is part of the Cassini series, a grand EU initiative with simultaneous events happening in 10 different European countries. At the initiative, innovators unite to utilize EU space technologies for humanitarian aid and international development solutions.
Our central focus is to leverage satellite data to address pressing global challenges such as:
* Supporting sustainable infrastructure development,
* Strengthening food security and access to clean water, and
* Understanding and forecasting forced migration.
