155 million euros for Isar Aerospace: The Munich spacetech startup secures in a Series C financing round of 155 million eurosThe fresh capital will be used, among other things, to expand automated production capacities. The startup plans to use its launch vehicles to transport small and medium-sized satellites and satellite constellations into Earth's orbit. According to the company, more than 300 employees are currently working toward the maiden flight of the Spectrum launch vehicle, which is planned for the second half of 2023 from Andøya, Norway. Bayern Kapital participated in the Series C round with Scaleup Fonds Bayern, as well as 7-Industries Holding, Porsche, Earlybird Venture Capital, HV Capital, Lakestar, Lombard Odier, UVC, and Vsquared Ventures.
