Contentshift Accelerator: Advice for participants and prize money for the winners

Participating startups have the chance to win a prize of €10,000 and access to a jury consisting of decision-makers from the book industry. The jury will advise the participating startups, among other things, during a three-day workshop in September. Niels 't Hooft, winner of the Contentshift Accelerator 2022, says:

"What I particularly liked about the Contentshift Accelerator is that the jury members are all at the very top of the book industry value chain. They're not just junior employees who would like to talk to a few startups, but rather CEOs and other high-level people who know what they're talking about and were able to give us clear and actionable feedback. That was very valuable to us."

The application period for the competition ends on May 8, 2023. The jury will initially select the top ten applications. After an initial pitch event, five startups will advance to the coaching phase. The jury will then select the "Startup of the Year 2023" following a public pitch round of the five finalists at the Frankfurt Book Fair in October.
