Innovation Café “Employee Participation in Startups – Equity Participation versus Virtual Participation” with Dr. Jörg Maitzen from Baker Tilly
On January 24, we'll kick off the new year with the Innovation Café. Our partner Baker Tilly will be our guest for a collaborative event. The focus of the evening will be employee ownership in startups. Employee ownership is an important component of corporate culture and can be a valuable motivator for employees. It's also a key factor for investors.
The January issue will explore the advantages and disadvantages of various options to help employees find the best possible form of participation in startups. It will discuss the tax implications of individual options and what role they could play in the event of an exit. As usual for the Innovation Café, we've scheduled time for a Q&A session and networking.
