oculai is a technology for automated process and progress recording on construction sites using crane cameras and artificial intelligence. Plug-and-play cameras are ordered to the construction site and mounted on the crane tower. Once linked to the schedule, various construction processes are recorded and localized from the image material. A web app provides users with access to the automatic target/actual schedule for progress monitoring, self-writing daily construction reports, various process metrics, and extensive camera functions.
Thanks to the seamless and automated construction documentation, construction management and project control teams save time. They also gain new insights into productivity and improve costing accuracy. Currently, oculai is used primarily on shell construction and infrastructure projects.
