Weframe is acquired by TQ-Group

Following Weframe's insolvency filing in May of this year, it has now been announced that the Munich-based meeting room technology manufacturer will be taken over by TQ-Group.

In view of the challenges posed by the Covid-Lockdowns were Weframe According to the company, it is facing higher liquidity needs than expected. TQ-Group can prevail

As recently announced by insolvency administrator Max Liebig, TQ Group emerged as the successful buyer in an M&A process. The investor is a technology service provider and electronics specialist based in Seefeld. The assets were transferred as part of an asset deal.

To increase efficiency and improve collaboration in online meetings, Weframe develops collaboration tools. The Munich-based company aims to optimize group work with 360° hardware, software, and methodology solutions. The company offers its meeting platform to B2B customers on a subscription basis under the name "Collaboration-as-a-Service."
