BANDakademie: “Ride through labor law in the face of new challenges in the context of digitalization”
Every founder is happy when they can finally hire their first employees – and then comes the disillusionment when they see the many labor and social security regulations!
The BANDakademie event in cooperation with Rechtsanwälte Schwenke Schütz GbR aims to dispel these concerns and explain the most important basics of labor law in the face of new challenges in the context of digitalization. And, more importantly, helpful tips on contract drafting will be given.
Naturally, the focus is on issues relevant to startups and young companies, such as the design of flexible working hours, fixed-term employment contracts, the employment of mini-jobbers, and the distinction between these and bogus self-employment. The focus is primarily on how startups can harmonize their digital working methods and organization with the – somewhat outdated – legal regulations.
