Following the merger, the combined company will have a total of 270 employees. With its French and German roots, the scaleup sees itself as ideally positioned to become a true European champion. The partners are targeting revenue growth of over 70 percent this year and consolidating their leadership position in the talent acquisition market. This goal will be achieved, among other things, through a combination of European expansion and further development of the product portfolio.
As part of the merger, Talentry investors will join Cleverconnect's investors. These include Carsten Thoma, founder of Hybris, which was acquired by SAP. Bastian Nominacher and Alex Rink, co-founders of Celonis, are also among them. Carl Hoffmann, founder and CEO of Talentry, will join Cleverconnect as a co-founder effective immediately.
