Our startup HOSCOM – Hospitality Communication – is developing a cloud-based, internal information and communication platform for hotel employees.
The goal of our platform is to close the information gap between departments, employees, and guests, integrate necessary tools, and flexibly link the existing system landscape. To achieve this, HOSCOM connects employees and departments online by assigning each employee a profile, which is then assigned to the respective department. This enables each team to communicate both within and across departments.
In addition, there are hotel-specific tools, adapted to each department, to complete everyday tasks easily and efficiently.
HOSCOM can be accessed via any iOS or Android-based smartphone, tablet, or computer. This simplifies the daily work routine for hotel employees and enhances the quality of the hotel and the guest experience.
