Success & liquidity planning – your first steps towards your own planning
The creation of a plausible and comprehensible profit and liquidity plan represents one of the major challenges of a business plan, since the developed business concept must be expressed for the first time in absolute figures, taking into account all details and, above all, special features.
The goal of this workshop is to provide you with a basic understanding of plausible and comprehensible corporate planning. By this basic understanding, we mean working together to answer the following questions:
- What to plan (structure and scope)?
- How to plan (assumptions and systematics)?
- How to present and communicate clearly to stakeholders?
The above topics will be explored together using a planning template (MS Excel). This workshop deliberately does not rely on specific planning software, as this can only be effectively used once the basic knowledge of corporate planning taught in this workshop has been acquired.
Following this workshop, you will be able to take your first steps towards your own planning.

- Basic rules of business planning (structure, scope, basic assumptions)
- Profit planning (additional planning – sales, personnel, credit and investment planning, planning of individual cost types)
- Liquidity planning
- Transfer of profit planning to liquidity planning
- Presentation of corporate planning in the business plan
- supporting IT tools.
