At Keepoala, we are developing the leading loyalty program to help online shoppers avoid returns.

Online shoppers can use a mobile app to track their fashion orders, make their impact on avoided CO2 emissions transparent, participate in community challenges, and earn rewards for not returning orders. If a return is necessary, they can use the app to provide more detailed information about the reason for the return, earn partial points, and complete the return journey with a QR code return label to drop off the package.

The participating online store/retailer or brand is easily connected to Keepoala via a shop system plug-in (such as Shopify, Shopware, etc.) and benefits from a lower return rate, resulting in lower costs, increased customer satisfaction and loyalty, and access to environmentally conscious, low-return new customers. Analyses and insights from the reasons for returns are consolidated in a dynamic returns dashboard with product warnings and recommended actions. As a digital returns expert, we find the right lever for reducing returns for every return reason.
