Munich Startup: What motivated you to start the company?
Monja Mühling: I've always wanted to play a decisive role in my career and make a tangible difference with my own ideas. For me, the greatest motivation is seeing that my efforts have a direct impact on the company's success—and can also have a short- or long-term impact on the global economy. That wouldn't be possible as an employee in a large corporation. Founding was the perfect model for this.
