In this workshop, we'll first explore the personality of founders and what that means specifically for my situation. We'll also explore how important it is today to further focus on certain characteristics and qualities in order to successfully build one's business.
Successful business development always requires a strong team. In the second part of the workshop, we'll look at how tasks and roles can be distributed effectively and why certain constellations work better. Finally, we'll also ask ourselves how the team appears "attractive" to the outside world, and what investors or customers might expect from us.
The workshop is interactive and is intended to encourage independent participation.
