Online: Tutorial “Collaboration with Corporates”

Founders with high technical expertise but limited sales, industry, or professional experience face the challenge of acquiring established companies as customers and partners for the first time after launching their startup. If the initial contact fails, another opportunity may not arise so easily.

The BayStartUP tutorial "Collaboration with Corporates" provides simple tools for how startups can contact established companies in the B2B sector, what "table manners" apply, what the typical expectations of established companies are, and how to professionally prepare and follow up on the initial contact so that, ideally, a collaboration or contract results. We also demonstrate which metrics you can use to determine whether a lead is a cold or hot lead.

Founders and early stage startups, participants in the Bavarian business plan competitions, with little/no professional/sales experience, but innovative products for the B2B sector.
