Taking risks alone? No thanks.
Anyone with a promising business idea and wanting to venture into self-employment faces many legal, tax, and financial questions: Is my idea economically viable, and what are the financing requirements? Which legal form is right for me? What should I consider when hiring employees? What risks am I taking? What about intellectual property rights? What do I have to do myself, and how can I get help along the way from planning to implementation? These kinds of questions will be addressed in the presentation "Legal Aspects of Starting a Business."
