Workpath was founded in 2017 by Johannes Müller (CEO), Thomas Obermüller (VP Engineering) and Pascal Fritzen (CTO). Collaboration platform The startup's solution helps companies plan, coordinate, and achieve goals across departmental boundaries. Transparency is a key focus: This allows every team member to see how their individual tasks contribute to the overall picture. Furthermore, the solution enables faster feedback and learning cycles, as well as continuous improvement to achieve agile organizational structures. In addition to the software, the company also offers training, interactive learning formats, and events, as well as a network of experts and consultants. Customers such as SAP, Metro, Scout24, and HolidayCheck use Workpath as a central software tool in their transformation to an agile network organization.

says Christian Weniger, Managing Partner at Signals Venture Capital. The VC fund of Signal Iduna is now supporting the startup with several million euros. The exact amount of the investment is not known. Workpath already received initial seed financing from the High-Tech Gründerfonds (HTGF) in September 2019.
