The SCE's so-called 'Startup League' consists of 16 teams. The ideas are diverse and range from innovations in the fields of medtech and artificial intelligence to various apps and a digital bicycle repair shop.

We present the ideas of the Startup League 2020 from the SCE:
- Axon is developing a smart T-shirt that collects long-term data on back pain.
- Cents'n'Homes is a service that offers comprehensive Services for real estate investors and is already available for testing in the beta phase.
- Circulate is an online and offline platform that aims to support the circular economy in cities. It aims to transform Munich into a 'Circulate City'.
- Cloudstudio develops a desktop application that combines all the necessary resources for music production in one interface.
- Curevision aims to offer physicians and researchers the opportunity to present wounds in three dimensions and thus in a uniform manner through a new approach to wound documentation.
- Bicycle Workshop 4.0 is a modern and IT-supported bicycle workshop that enables modern digital appointment booking.
- Lilo is the 'walking aid for seniors in the digital world.' The startup enables video communication with family and provides access to digital entertainment.
- Mcare is a mental health companion app designed specifically for breast cancer patients.
- Medsns is a solution for preclinical patient management through optimized self-selection of low-risk patients and has already achieved Innovation Award won.
- Meetastic is the smart app for stress-free appointments.
- Neozoon is a mobile light that can be mounted and dismounted on almost any surface in a flash – and seemingly has nothing to do with animals, as the name suggests.
- Pandia 3D develops and distributes software that creates true-to-scale 3D models in real time and at the touch of a button.
- Risingfoil is a supplier of electric propulsion systems for water sports. Apparently, a prototype already exists.
- Sub Capitals is a financial services provider that uses artificial intelligence (AI) to analyze financial markets. The startup aims to make the financial markets more transparent for private investors.
- Trajectorix aims to integrate a patented AI process into the control of autonomous vehicles, focusing on prioritizing evasive maneuvers.
- Trustloop is a digital platform that generates donations for social and sustainable projects. The startup brings companies, organizations, and society together.
Background of the funding program
The SCE funding program allows founders to evaluate and further develop their business model. In addition to intensive advice from their own coach, workspace in the incubator, and additional infrastructure, they also have their own prototype budget. Furthermore, the teams have access to a network of experts and the large SCE community.
