Why diverse teams are more successful and gender diversity is not just a women's issue
In approximately 70% of German startups, only men are represented as (co-)founders. In 1396%, this proportion is almost 90%. This time, ONE MISSION – for more gender diversity in the German startup ecosystem – invites Thomas Walther, who will share his experiences both in the startup and founder scene and as a manager at a large tech company.
Because we believe that the potential of (tech) startups in Germany is far from being fully exploited.

Thomas is a startup founder in the music software sector. His previous AI startup, Sonalytic, was acquired by Spotify in 2017, where he spent several years as an engineering manager, particularly focusing on gender diversity. Today, he's working on a new company, Tape It.
