Despite the major advantages of the capital market, such as continuous valuation, an incomparable level of liquidity and corresponding access to new equity and debt capital for listed companies, the option of an IPO in Germany often remains unused.
This ongoing problem results in a serious locational disadvantage, especially for young technology companies with ambitious ambitions and global competition.
