Crisis management for startups in times of Covid19 – What can I do on the revenue side?

Managing your business on sight and taking immediate action on the cost side – this was the core message of the previous crisis management webinars. On the revenue side, as a startup, I can also take action during a crisis and leverage potential. This can contribute sustainably to liquidity, ensure survival, and put the startup in a more competitive position during and after the crisis.
