A name is needed – tips for finding a name for startups
Every beginning starts with a good name, because the name is often the first thing outsiders, investors, or potential customers learn about your company. Finding a good name that is unique, memorable, relevant for the future, and ideally internationally understandable and easy to pronounce isn't all that easy. Should you trademark the name, and how does that even work? Can you even make "mistakes" when choosing a name that you later regret? We'll answer these and many other questions about finding a name at the November edition of the Innovation Café.
On November 5, 2019, the naming experts from Namestorm, Mark Leiblein and Gila Dassel, will provide important tips for finding a name for startups that are at various stages of their name search. Tobias Dirsch and Korbinian Huber, founders of Simon Pure, will share their experiences in finding a name for their own food startup.

To the Innovation Café
The Innovation Café is the monthly networking event of the SCE Start-up Support program and takes place on the first Tuesday of every month. It offers the opportunity to chat with other participants in a friendly atmosphere over a glass of beer, juice, or water – so interesting content and a pleasant atmosphere are guaranteed.
As usual, at the beginning of the Innovation Café, there is the opportunity to pitch your own startup – 2 minutes without slides – and to make one or two calls for action (co-founder search, crowdfunding campaign, etc.).
