herCAREER, the career and networking fair for women, addresses all aspects of female career planning. Women speak openly about opportunities and challenges in the professional environment, including work-life balance. Also present are top-class role models from politics, business, and academia, as well as attractive employers who are explicitly committed to equal opportunities and women in management.
The numerous offerings for better work-life balance, continuing education opportunities, and everything related to start-ups and entrepreneurship make the fair unique. The program is diverse, with around 300 meetups, including many Job Offer Talks and Future Talks with more than 450 role models, insiders, and experts, as well as over 60 presentations, discussions, and keynotes. A special focus is also placed on the topics of finance, money, and retirement planning. At the Future Talks, companies also present the innovations they are working on and how they are driving digitalization and new work. And through the Innovation Lab format, they showcase their hubs, accelerators, and incubators.
herCAREER is officially recognized as statutory educational leave in many federal states.
