For the fifth time, the StartGreen Award is searching for champions of the green startup scene. Startups can apply until July 31.
Startups that focus on climate protection and sustainability can now apply for the StartGreen Award 2019. With this award, the competition aims to increase the visibility of Green Economy-startups in the German and European scene.
From Future Mobility to Circular Economy
This year the StartGreen Award will be presented in four categories:
- Founding concepts (not yet founded)
- Startups (founded, 0-10 years)
- Future Mobility (founded, 0-10 years)
- Circular Economy (founded, 0-10 years)
The application deadline is July 31, 2019. Applications can be submitted online.
StartGreen Award with cash and non-cash prizes totaling 60,000 euros
The community can help determine who is worthy of the award through a public vote. The final pitch before a panel of experts will feature cash and non-cash prizes worth over €60,000.
Following the awards ceremony on November 20, all finalists will have the opportunity to network. The event also aims to promote networking among sustainable and social startups, companies, investors, funding institutions, and political pioneers.
