Political work is exciting and especially important for startups and young companies. That's why we personally invite you to the kick-off meeting of the Chamber of Industry and Commerce's Startups Working Group.
Why would we like you to join us? Firstly, because as the Chamber of Industry and Commerce, we're committed to addressing the truly important startup issues to policymakers. We want to discuss with you what concerns you and which political changes are most important to you, and explain how you can benefit from this strength with Germany's largest entrepreneurial network.
Why not? Because you can actively put your entrepreneurial interests on the political agenda: We'll show you what opportunities the Chamber of Industry and Commerce offers for startup policy. And where we need your input. Only then can we continually align the Chamber of Industry and Commerce's political work with your needs.
Agenda:
1. How you as an entrepreneur can make your voice heard in politics – and how the Chamber of Commerce and Industry can support you in doing so
2. Politics at the state level: A practical report by Dr. Solveig Lauke, State Parliament Representative
3. Collection of topics and discussion: On which issues should politicians advocate for me as an entrepreneur?
Now it’s your turn: What topics are important to you for this session?
We can envision the following topics, among others: better financing options for young entrepreneurs, optimizing grants and venture capital, less bureaucracy, faster internet connections, tax relief for young companies, support for internationalization strategies, and so on…
What's your idea? Get involved. Bring your colleagues along. And be amazed by what the Chamber of Industry and Commerce has to offer. And how politics works in practice. We look forward to hearing from you!
