How can you quickly find your way around a new environment, meet new people and find out which events you can attend? These are exactly the questions the founders of Vilo asked themselves and Vilo has developed a mobile, location-based network that connects users in their immediate vicinity and provides them with information about what is happening or being discussed in the “here and now.” The focus should be on the user – something that founders Felix Blütener and Fabian Eppinger feel is missing from other social media channels. With Vilo, they want to break through the flood of irrelevant information.
The Vilo app has now been launched and is initially only available for the iPhone. Android–Android Version will follow shortly.
