FounderRegio M is an initiative of the Munich science and business region to promote start-ups and business startups. Founded in 1998 with the goal of promoting university-related business startups in the Munich metropolitan region, GründerRegio M currently has 30 members, primarily universities, public institutions, entrepreneurship centers, incubators, and associations.

All members of the association are committed to improving the framework conditions for start-ups. They support founders, startups, and young companies through a wide range of consulting, training, and services. GründerRegio M combines the expertise and activities of its members, provides impetus, and initiates new lines of action.

The key success factor of GründerRegio M is the bundling of various measures, which are supplemented by new building blocks. This creates synergies and contributes to the establishment of a sustainable corporate culture at the highest level. A broad network of expertise and support creates optimal conditions for successful and sustainable start-ups.
