Interactive lecture: Participation = motivation?
Employee participation models are a perennial favorite for young companies. When financial resources for employee compensation become limited, participation in the company is often considered. What risks does this common form of motivation pose? What works and what doesn't? What alternatives are available, and which are appropriate in which company situations? How does such participation contribute to retaining employees long-term and making the company an attractive employer?
From 5:30 p.m. there will be a snack and the opportunity for networking.
