Data protection officer, contract processing, and newsletter distribution. These are just a few of the terms associated with the new European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). It comes into force on May 25, 2018, and many companies still feel ill-prepared for the new way of handling personal data.
Anyone who still needs a “first aid kit” on the subject of data protection is welcome to attend this workshop:
On Friday, May 18, 2018, from 2 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., at the FlixBus premises, Nadja Hirsch MEP, together with Susanne Dehmel of Bitkom eV, will provide information about the fundamental changes to data protection and the necessary steps now. With the support of the Federal Association of German Startups: https://deutschestartups.org/.
The event is primarily aimed at the self-employed, small business owners, and startups. Since there are only a limited number of places, please register by email to muenchen-hirsch@gmx.deYou will then receive a registration confirmation.
