The Road to Traction – Why Flip-Flops Are the Wrong Shoes for Mount Everest
Without traction, every mountaineer will start slipping at the first steep climb. The same is true of companies that seek growth without a strategy. Time and money are invested in actions that produce little or no growth. Experienced mountaineers would never attempt to climb Mount Everest in flip-flops. They know it won't work without sturdy footwear and the right tread.
In his interactive presentation, our speaker André Wehr demonstrates how startups can choose the right traction strategy right from the start, even if the mountain ahead doesn't yet look like Mount Everest.
