STARTUPSTORE N'STORIES is entering its second round. Due to the tremendous success of Germany's first crowdfunding pop-up store, a sequel will follow. From June 23 to September 30, 2017, STARTUPSTORE N'STORIES will present creative crowdfunding projects by young entrepreneurs from Munich and the surrounding area in a temporary space in the Ruffinihaus at Rindermarkt. The idea behind this project is to bring crowdfunding and the associated product innovations closer to end consumers.
The pop-up store STARTUPSTORE N' STORIES During its three-month opening period, the store will serve as a showroom, event location, and retail space all in one. Visitors to the store will have the opportunity to learn about the stories and ideas surrounding the crowdfunding projects of the participating startups, test the products on-site, and provide feedback. Crowdfunding products from the fields of fashion, design, literature, journalism, technology, and software will be presented. The goal is to win visitors as fans and supporters by allowing them to financially support the crowdfunding campaigns directly at the STARTUPSTORE N'STORIES and pre-order the products on offer.
The pop-up store offers participating crowdfunders a platform to showcase, promote, and sell their product to the crowd before, during, and after their crowdfunding campaign. STARTUPSTORE N'STORIES thus showcases an alternative form of retail, makes sensible use of vacant space, and brings crowdfunding closer to the end consumer.
