IKOM, 100 volunteer students at TUM, organizes four career forums and other free events every year to promote personal contact between students/graduates and companies.
Startups have been adding color to the job market for years. They enrich it primarily with their new business models and fresh ideas. They have dominated the IT industry, especially for years. Inspired by this diversity, IKOM Start-Up was launched in 2013. Since then, IKOM Start-Up has taken place annually alongside IKOM, offering 35 companies the opportunity to present themselves and recruit talented students.
