Research for breakfast: Technical assistance systems

We encounter technical assistance systems in our cars, at home, and at work. What we barely notice ourselves is based on high-caliber research—for example, at the Bundeswehr University in Munich.

Use this opportunity for exciting and practical insights, for networking and exchange, or even for the first steps towards your own cooperation with the UniBw.

About the Institute for Industrial Engineering (IfA):

At the IfA, engineers and psychologists work closely together to design technical systems that are human-friendly. This includes human-robot interaction, navigation, and driver assistance systems.

The Institute of Engineering Mathematics focuses on the modeling, simulation, and optimization of dynamic processes in engineering applications. Examples include mobile robotics and automated driving.

The Institute for Technical Product Development (ITPE) scientifically coordinates and optimizes data and information flows for product development. In doing so, scientists analyze and model the specific needs of users in different life situations.
