You can see how the Munich ecosystem is structured on our Munich Startup Map Now Sascha Bever, among other things the organizer of the Founders' Poker tournament in Munich, wants to illustrate the local scene on a poster designed by 99designs. You, too, can be featured on it with your startup.
Until April 25 Munich startups have the opportunity to display their logo on the Website of “It takes a city to raise a startup” and, with a bit of luck, be featured on the poster. Also included will be general information about the Munich startup scene, as well as major players, VCs, accelerators, success stories, and fun facts.
For the first time, the poster will be available at “The Royal Jungle Startup Rave” on May 4thIt will be distributed free of charge and will also be available at other major events in Munich throughout the year. You can also order it online starting May 4th.
Voices from the scene
The fact that there is definitely a need for such a poster is confirmed by the statements of some supporters of the campaign from the Munich startup scene, who are quoted on the website as follows:
Franz Glatz, Managing Director WERK1:
"The great thing about this campaign is simply that it's from the community, for the community. Something like this strengthens our startup scene immensely. We're happy to support this cause."
Daniel Krauss, Founder & CIO FlixBus:
"Munich is great. And it still has a lot of potential. The prerequisite for this is that we talk to each other more and become one. This campaign shows the way. So get involved!"
Christian Lindener, Managing Director Wayra Germany:
"Full support, cool campaign! We are all the City!"
