The event aims to connect private investors with selected, innovative startup projects at an early stage. In an exclusive setting, selected regional and European teams will present their innovative startup projects in the life sciences and health tech sectors to investors.
The teams will be trained for this event by BioM prepared to present all the information essential for an investment decision in a compact form.
Investors can exchange ideas with other investors in a relaxed atmosphere. BioAngels supports the formation of investment consortia and keeps investors informed about exciting new teams and business ideas.
Target groups
Investors: private investors such as business angels, high net worth individuals, family offices and traditional venture capital investors who want to invest in the life sciences and health tech sector.
BioEntrepreneurs: are ready for seed funding in the foreseeable future or are already in the startup stage. They come from the following sectors:
- innovative drug development (e.g. individualized vaccines and immunotherapies, gene therapy approaches, cell therapies, novel anti-infectives)
- new diagnostic procedures
